I made my observations at the starbucks and subway in lower commons. I found a few interesting things from my observation. At the nook under the stairs, there were four people studying, two girls talking and one girl eating. But, at the subway only five feet away, there was no studying. Also, i noticed that at subway, no one was eating alone. It seems that people don't like to eat alone because if they do, they take it back to their dorms. Also, you could tell that the people waiting in the seemingly long long were more agitated then the people happily sitting with there food. I think this says a lot about how people can be when they are hungry.
